When should I pay?

Upon completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required to be made within 5 working days from date of invoice. All payments must be received prior to the event date. Delight Professional Summits reserves the right to refuse admission to the event if payment has not been received.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Funds Transfer

Payments are required to be made in full. All bank charges must be borne by the delegate.

Please fax a copy of the remittance advice to finance@delightsummits.com as payment proof.

 

Cheque Payment

All bank charges and cheque charges must be borne by the delegate.

Please note:
  • Payments should be made via EFT bank transfer
  • We don’t accept credit cards at our events
  • We don’t accept cash at our events

What happens if I need to cancel?

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. However, please drop us an email to advise us the substitute delegate’s information as badges will be printed for them.

Delight Professional Summits does not provide refunds nor credits for cancellations or no-shows. Invoiced amounts are payable in full upon issuance of invoices.

Delight Professional Summits reserves the right to alter the programme without notice.

Can I send a substitute delegate?

Yes, should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Kindly notify us in writing 1 week prior to the event date.

What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code at all our events is smart casual

When will I receive my conference materials?

Conference materials will be issued on the event day itself.

Conference registration will take place in the morning of the first day of the event. Please proceed to the registration counter to sign in and collect the conference materials.

Workshop registration will take place on the first day of the workshop. Please arrive promptly.

Does the conference fees include meals?

The conference fees include refreshments and lunches (morning tea, refreshments and lunch. These will be served at regular intervals during the conference/workshop. Kindly inform us should you have any special dietary requirements.

Evening meals are not included.

Is hotel accommodation and flight included in the conference fees?

The conference ticket does not include hotel accommodation and flight ticket. All travel expenses should be borne by the delegates or company. However, we have negotiated hotel rates for the venue/hotel where the conference will be taking place. Please contact us for more information.
